Ketchikan Concierge is led by a local management team with decades of combined experience in Ketchikan tourism, guest services and shore excursion operations.

 

Shauna Lee, Candi Scudero and Matt Merrill bring together extensive backgrounds in tour development, logistics, operations, marine transportation and on-the-ground guest experience. From working directly with cruise lines and coordinating complex daily operations to managing vessels, guides and guest services, our team understands Ketchikan tourism from every angle. Most importantly, we live and work here.
